WORM ALERT!!!
Be aware of Cyathostome migrations during Spring in your horses.
Cyathostomes are small strongyle worms that are the most common and important equine worm in Australia
Symptoms
- Soft faeces (or normal faeces with some loose brown water)
- Mild increase in temperature (38.1-38.5 C)
- Weight loss
These symptoms should be considered very suspicious if they occur approximately one week after deworming your horse.
